This Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms") is between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and Live Let Live ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand Intuify. By using Intuify’s services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Creation

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Ownership and Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, text, files, etc.). You grant Intuify a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

4. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities. You may not upload malicious code or content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time without binding contracts. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Support and Updates

We provide support as part of your subscription. We may update or modify features at any time to improve service quality.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your content may be deleted. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from termination.

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Denmark.
